The significantly discounted rate is only available to Congress attendees through the Official Housing Bureau (ICS) and is subject to availability.

US $184.00 per room, per night (single/double occupancy)
Free Internet access is included in room rate.
Taxes are not included in above stated rates. These rates are single or double occupancy rates. There will be an additional US $30.00 charge for a third or forth person in a room.
